* as I've been reading long form articles and books in command, I'Ve been expecting the spaces to sync the same tabs and even their scroll positions across devices... i know that's not normal browser behavior, but seems like it'd be cool for one made for reading/highlighting

I agree with this. If Command wants to replace “read it later” apps like Pocket or Instapaper, it definitely needs to behave in the same way.

When closing a tab, perhaps a dialog can appear telling you that this will close it on all browsers, do you want this behavior always, or ask me every time

Both tabs and scroll positions should be synced, but opening and closing of such synced tabs should be a manual choice of the user and not take place automatically in my eyes

I agree, I think adding an option to sync specific spaces across devices would be great.
